Policy reminders

Booking Policies:

  • An active credit card is required to hold your appointment. If the card entered is not active your appointment will be canceled.

Cancellation and No-Show Policies:

  • Cancels/reschedules within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in a charge of 50% the cost of the reserved service to the card on file.

  • A no call, no show will result in a charge of 100% the cost of the reserved service to the card on file. Everglow Esthetics reserves the right to limit or eliminate the use of online booking due to a no call, no show.

  • Most appointments cannot be completed if tardiness extends to 15 minutes. If more than 15 minutes late, Everglow Esthetics reserves the right to reschedule your appointment and charge the cancellation fee.

  • Consecutive cancellations or reschedules (3 times in a row) will result in the cancellation of the appointment and a deposit will be required to continue to book with Everglow Esthetics

Refund Policies:

  • We do not offer refunds on services. No exceptions. This includes any deposit made to hold an appointment.

  • We do not offer refunds on products but an exchange can be made within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

Studio Policies:

  • To uphold the safest environment we kindly request only those receiving a treatment be present at the studio. We love your kids but please keep them home!
